Customers are practically guaranteed to leave with leftovers, especially if they order the seven-course beef menu that includes beef salad and cook-your-own beef, which one wraps in paper-thin, rice-flour crêpes with lettuce, basil, mint and unripe banana shavings. Ask for help with the gargantuan menu, which lists more than 150 items, with a large variety of soups with ingredients like rice noodles; egg noodles; and rice porridge topped with shrimp, crab meat, rare beef, duck and meatballs. In addition, specialty dishes include sizzling catfish, salted fried shrimp, and mushrooms with tofu. For dessert, down a durian shake or jelly with dried plums and lotus seeds.
