Chefs Quinn and Karen Hatfield (Odys & Penelope, Sycamore Kitchen) have ventured downtown with The Mighty in the landmark Higgins Building. The casual restaurant serves up dishes ranging from organic salads to sandwiches to house-made pastas to rotisserie chicken. Display cases are loaded with Karen's desserts, including her signature layer cakes like Chocolate Nutella and Coffee Mascarpone.
