Min's Kitchen Restaurant Review: This Thai restaurant is located in the pristine hills of an affluent community north of Glendale. Its food is authentic and includes all the usual Thai appetizers, salads and noodle dishes, plus curries that are creamier than most. Musman lamb is simmered in a rich curry sauce with potatoes, carrots, pineapple chunks and peanuts. A sizzling platter of sliced beef and spinach is blanketed in peanut sauce. The garlic scallops are potent, but showcase a wise use of the stinking rose. For dessert, consider mango sticky rice or insect-free grasshopper pie. |
