Frankly, we wonder why these noodle shops have customers lining up outside. Yes, the wheat or buckwheat noodles are made fresh here, but those we sampled seemed bland; the broth was thin; and portions---as noodle houses go---were small. For an appetizer, however, the tofu salad was good. There is also a basic and small selection of fresh sushi. Also located at 8474 W. Third St., Ste. 108, Los Angeles, 323-782-0181 and 21605 S.
