Ms Chi Café in Culver City is a concept from chef Shirley Chung, who has appeared on Food Network’s Tournament of Champions and Top Chef. The menu features progressive Chinese American cuisine, including unique creations such as jumbo cheeseburger potstickers with a tomato bacon jam (a winning dish on Top Chef) as well as northern-style dumplings, noodle bowls, fried rice, orange chicken, and coffee and boba tea drinks.
