About the restaurant: The Mulholland restaurant is named after LA's famed Mulholland Drive, which winds its way from Hollywood's Cahuenga Pass to Calabasas. Guests can choose from seating in the open air bar, dining room or on the fireplace patio.
Food & Drinks: The menu kicks off with raw bar offerings, housemade focaccias, and appetizers like delicata squash with grape, pickled mushroom and chimichurri. Larger plates range from sauteed scallops with carrot curry, forbidden rice and Thai basil to a cheeseburger with red onion relish, special sauce and herbed fries.
