Kunihide Nakajima, who used to cook at Sushi Inoue, is behind Nakaji and the Bar at Nakaji in the Canal Arcade in Chinatown. There's both a 10-seat omakase sushi bar and a cocktail bar, which serves limited-edition Japanese whiskies and cocktails.
