Frank Leon, whose La Loggia is one of the Valley's favorite trattorias, installed this adjoining establishment, celebrating a distinctly different part of the Mediterranean. The Lounge is as sleek and hip as La Loggia is homey, with a sexy palette of red and black, sofas in lieu of tables, dramatic central fireplace and striking contemporary chandeliers. The menu features both traditional and modern interpretations of Spanish tapas, including creamy ham croquetas, piquillo peppers stuffed with brandade, a charcuterie plate of Serrano ham, manchego cheese and chorizo, and a lamb stew over couscous. There are also lamb sliders on offer, though not listed on the menu itself. The sleek bar dispenses a limited selection of Spanish wines, as well as others from both the Old and New Worlds.
