 Next Restaurant is the brainchild of chef-restaurateur Grant Achatz (Alinea) and his business partner Nick Kokonas. The cost varies by day of the week and whether or not you choose to dine during prime time hours. The menu changes every few months and each time a new set of dishes is offered. They focus on a respective period and world locale, as in the inaugural Paris 1906 menu.
