THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED NoNo Kitchen Restaurant Review:

The name of this Cajun-themed Brooklyn eatery stands for North of New Orleans, and the inviting space---with its pretty, pressed copper ceiling, wall of French windows, and friendly service---could easily fit right into the Big Easy’s French Quarter. The popular brunch boasts authentic beignets, as well as more substantial fare like the magnolia poached eggs, served with hollandaise sauce on toasted Southern biscuits and a bed of sautéed spinach. At dinner, Monday’s red beans and rice served with a juicy fried chicken breast is a favorite, as are the usual suspects: barbecue baby-back ribs, crawfish etouffée, shrimp Creole and, of course, generous sides of spicy gumbo.
