Ocean Park Omelette Parlor has long served Santa Monica denizens tasty, affordable breakfasts. Some of the signature dishes include the chili Hernandez omelet, with mild chili con carne with beans, cheddar and chopped onions; the "renter's rights" omelet, which has bacon, potato and sour cream; and the California Benedict, which is a traditional eggs Benedict with avocado.
