 The Olive Kitchen + Bar in The Grafton on Sunset is a snazzy spot from restaurateur Greg Morris (The Belmont, The Spanish Kitchen, The Oaks Gourmet). This modern bistro and cocktail lounge offers Italian dishes with a California twist, such as crispy brick-roasted chicken with grappa rosemary jus, wrapped pancetta prawns, made to order baked lasagna Bolognese, and Tuscan Prime bone-in ribeye steak with truffle butter.
