| A major dose of Hollywood or Vegas comes to sleepy Westlake Village with P6 Restaurant & Lounge. Designers Grady Cooley and Davis Crummins use bamboo, water walls and falls, and some ’70s-style orange and yellow bucket seats to trick out this fine dining venue located in a family-friendly Conejo Valley suburb. The dinner menu is wide-ranging, beginning with foie gras with raspberry-vanilla compote, Moroccan shrimp or lobster salad, followed by herb-crusted rack of lamb, steaks and Alaskan halibut in a Pinot Noir reduction. Snack foods like chili, burgers and pizzas make P6 a versatile spot. Friday and Saturday nights are enlivened by a DJ, but things are quieter on the outdoor patio. |
