Panda Inn Restaurant Review: Purists may favor more authentic venues in Monterey Park or Alhambra, but this restaurant (not to be confused with its related, but forgettable, Panda Express fast-food outlets) serves some satisfying Chinese cuisine that has mainstream appeal without overly comprising authenticity. Among the recommended dishes in this comfortable, attractively appointed restaurant are the gingery Chinese chicken salad, addictive Panda beef (crisp morsels flavored with sesame, a bit sweet for some tastes), jade chicken, and rich honey-walnut shrimp.
