THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Parc Restaurant Review:
Parc now occupies the former BlackSteel space. Owner Shereen Arazm has retained BlackSteel chef Jason Harley whose menu features seared bay scallops with spicy zucchini sauce, grilled lamb chopettes with rosemary-port-ginger sauce and for dessert, blueberry lavender panna cotta with blueberry relish. There’s also a Champagne and oyster bar.
