Vegetables in a box: On the bottom is a charred Japanese eggplant puree. The box is made from the shavings of golden Yukon potato, then inside the box is an assortment of veggies that have been roasted in white wine and garlic. (depending on the night there might be a different selection.) currently asparagus, cauliflower, corn, English peas, avocado.
