 Modeled on the traditional Italian trattoria, the Sacramento location of this chain features rustic cuisine, a warm atmosphere and attentive service. The interior is designed with sandstone and terra cotta, reminiscent of the Tuscan countryside. The menu focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Starters include fried green tomatoes with basil and house-made mozzarella, mini meatballs with Parmesan polenta and steamed Mediterranean mussels. Pastas include spinach and ricotta lemon cream ravioli and smoked wild boar rigatoni, while mains include pancetta-wrapped pork tenderloin and Wagyu bistro filet. The daily pasta and seafood specials are also a good choice.
