Prawn Restaurant Review

: OPENING TBA --- Chef Mark Peel will replace Bombo at Grand Central Market with a new seafood-focused concept called Prawn. Angelenos will remember Peel from his fine-dining restaurant Campanile, which shuttered in 2012. (A more casual spin-off serves hungry travelers at LAX.) At Prawn, expect to find dishes like fish and chips, seafood stews and grain bowls.
