| After mastering seafood with Providence Oyster Bar, owner Frank DiBiase set his sights on beef and opened Providence Prime, where you’ll find Prime steaks hailing from Allen Brothers of Chicago, seafood, à la carte sides, and cocktails from a bar with its own fireplace. Winter is the perfect time to explore the menu’s wild side, which features wild boar, bison, duck, venison, and other game. The atmosphere is that of a friendly, upscale New York-style bistro; guests are even encouraged to experience the vibe at the adjacent Providence Oyster Bar while waiting for their table. |
