Providence Prime Restaurant Review: After mastering seafood with Providence Oyster Bar, owner Frank DiBiase set his sights on beef and opened Providence Prime, where you’ll find Prime steaks hailing from Allen Brothers of Chicago, seafood, à la carte sides, and cocktails from a bar with its own fireplace. Winter is the perfect time to explore the menu’s wild side, which features wild boar, bison, duck, venison and other game. We like that sides such as creamed spinach, onion strings and roasted mushrooms are included with your steak rather than as à la carte add-ons, and cost-conscious diners will appreciated BYOB Mondays. Playful desserts include ice cream sundaes and campfire s'mores. The atmosphere is that of a friendly, upscale New York-style bistro; guests are encouraged to experience the vibe at the adjacent Providence Oyster Bar while waiting for their table.
