 The Hollywood Roosevelt's Public Kitchen & Bar from Tim Goodell's Domaine Restaurant Group has replaced the former Dakota steakhouse. The venue offers an eclectic American menu in a grand dining room that honors and complements the hotel's historic design with contemporary touches, while the restaurant's bar opens up to the hotel lobby. Specialties include chicken liver terrine with kumquat marmalade, potato tart with caramelized onions and pancetta, and lamb Bolognese with ricotta.
