Rainbow Palace Restaurant Review:
This is not a run-of-the-mill neighborhood Chinese eatery; it’s decorated with Chinese artifacts at the entrance and vases throughout, and each table holds different ornamental Chinese service plates. Appetizers are well conceived. Forget about the ho-hum dim sum found citywide and feast instead on such delicacies as Rainbow Palace’s hand-molded crescent-shaped shrimp and lobster dumplings presented by a tuxedo-clad captain. Fisherman’s Catch comprises tender scallops, shrimp and lobster tidbits in a white wine sauce aromatic with ginger and garlic. We were also impressed by the house-recommended steak, served sliced and crispy.
