 At the Salt Creek Grille, you can enjoy solid American cuisine served in a welcoming environment. The jumbo shrimp, stuffed with horseradish and wrapped in bacon, are a specialty of the house. A smoky mesquite-grilled Caesar and classic iceberg wedge are salad options. Though sandwiches, burgers and pizzas are available, meat and fish are the real standouts. A 14-ounce bone-in rib-eye comes with a choice of sauces, while the salmon en papillote is a lighter alternative. The chocolate ganache soufflé is a decadent finish; note that it takes 25 minutes to prepare. The all-California wine list is focused on well known Napa Valley and Sonoma producers; enjoy a selection while listening to live music Friday and Saturday nights. And don't forget to try the Sunday brunch.
