THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Sisley Italian Kitchen Restaurant Review:
A charming trattoria with a fresco ceiling in the glass-enclosed private dining room, this is one outpost of a small chain, which has grown based on the success of old family recipes from the Italian grandmothers of owners Francine and Jamie Alba. Rustic fencing separates booths in the main dining room, and servings are generous, especially for the family-style platters. We recommend such specialties as the Italian quesadilla, a starter of roast chicken, pine nuts and mozzarella inside a thin pasta shell, dressed with a pesto cream sauce. The menu is vast, but dishes like cioppino, linguine with clams, and the “designer” spinach salad full of sun-dried tomatoes and toasted pine nuts, rank at the top, with plenty of good options for pastas, pizzas and calzones. For dessert, try the tiramisu.
