Admire the expansive city views from Skybar, an al fresco venue at Mondrian Los Angeles that transitions from a daytime poolside lounge to a nightlife hub with DJs. A casual menu of bites (ahi tartare, chips and guacamole, truffle fries), salads, sandwiches and flatbreads is available, along with bottle service, signature cocktails, frozen drinks (margaritas, strawberry daiquiris, etc.) and more. Skybar is open to the public after 1 p.m.
