: At his patisserie SOLA, American chef David Myers brings a California sensibility to his sweets. Options include "Rodeo Muffins," in flavors like mixed berry, orange & lemon, and fig, made with flour and butter from Hokkaido. Among other temptations you may find cookies, financiers and the signature chiffon cake. Also located in the Ginza Mitsukoshi department store is the David Myers Cafe.
