Broseph's Restaurant Group (BRG) has transformed the former space of Brick + Mortar in Santa Monica into Tipsy Chef, offering California-inspired cuisine in an industrial-styled space. Chef Drew Adams presents a menu of shared plates such as braised lamb pappardelle with mint, pine nuts and ricotta; wild mushroom pizza topped with béchamel, truffle and smoked mozzarella; miso sake glazed black cod and 24-oz. tomahawk pork chop with kumquats and basil. Diners can also request the “Tipsy Trip” allowing the chef to prepare a four-course dinner with optional alcohol pairings.
