 THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Umami Burger Restaurant Review: What started as Adam Fleischman's savory salute to the gourmet burger craze has become a growing phenomenon. Creations include the namesake beef patty with shiitake mushrooms, caramelized onions, roasted tomatoes, a Parmesan crisp and homemade ketchup. The Hatch burger includes the same patty topped with New Mexican spicy green chiles and pungent cheese. Sides like truffled tater tots and cheese-covered french fries mesh well with burgers, as does a selection of craft beer. Artisan ice creams and cakes complete the dining experience. |
