uWink’s third restaurant, located in Hollywood, promises an energetic and thoroughly modern experience in the former location of Brasserie Vert. The restaurant, spearheaded by Atari and Chuck E. Cheese CEO Nolan Bushnell, features innovative touch screen terminals at the bar and every table through which diners order food, drinks and games. In contrast to the high-tech ordering system, the menu at uWink is more traditional, showcasing modern comfort food created by executive chef Greg Schroeppel, including dishes like braised short ribs, build-your-own burgers and fresh salads such as the southwestern Caesar.
