Discreet Hideo Yamaguchi gets his fish from the best merchants in the wholesale market of Rungis: wild sea bass, red labeled salmon and tuna to prepare sushi and sashimi, salmon “roses” perfumed with saké or marinated fish on a bed of vegetables. Rice and miso soup complement these delicacies. Modest setting and very reasonable prices. Prix-fixe for lunch at €28. Gourmet menu at €72. À la carte €35.
