With its Asian artifacts and dramatic architecture, this is a handsome setting in which to sample authentic Korean cuisine, with an occasional dish exhibiting some California accents. The specialty here is cook-at-your-table Korean cuisine---everything from marinated squid or shrimp to beef tongue, liver, tripe and, of course, steak. Tuna, swordfish and ostrich are also featured, all served with the extensive array of kimchees and condiments that makes this cuisine so much fun. Warming hot-broth-over-rice dishes are another option. It's always fun to go with a group and bond over the barbecue and, unlike some other Korean establishments, this restaurant offers plenty of familiar Westside comfort.
