An intimate, smart-looking restaurant dressed in conservative black and grey, this freestanding establishment serves sushi, tempura and teriyaki specialties. An endless list of specialty rolls is offered, all of which are popular. The B.S.C. roll is a deep-fried California roll topped with baked scallops, while the special roll is filled with baked baby lobster chunks and avocado wrapped in soy paper. The traditional sushi is respectable, including surf clam, live halibut and oversize scallops. A limited selection of Japanese beers and sakés is available.
