In Queens, where there are already a plethora of Greek restaurants, Zenon is a standout---in terms of food, authenticity and service. Start things off with the meze, like the creamy melitzanosalata, piquant tzatziki, spanakopita and savory saganaki served flaming at your table. Then move on to the main course with dishes like the pork-laden Greek lasagna, pork-and-potato meatballs (called Cypress meatballs on the menu) and hearty rabbit stew---making sure to leave room for the baklava. On Wednesday nights, traditional music complements the patter of Greek conversation.
