The Pebble Beach Food and Wine event brings together 250 of the most prestigious wineries and 75 distinguished celebrity chefs for four days of continuous enjoyment. Each year, the celebration boasts the cream of the crop hosting culinary demonstrations, gala dinners and wine tastings. Chefs such as Tyler Florence, Guy Fieri and Hubert Keller have astounded guests with cooking demos. For the environmentally conscious, the 9th Annual Earth Day Food and Wine Festival in Paso Robles is a great opportunity to support the initiative of the Vineyard Team. The Vineyard Team's goal is to encourage environmentally friendly farming practices while still upholding the quality of the grapes being cultivated. Live music is performed on a sound stage run on solar power, and all dishware, glasses and utensils are recycled. This year, the main event will take place in the Meadow at Castoro Cellars and feature tasty dishes served by local chefs. The 33rd Annual Paso Robles Wine Festival is four days packed with activities for wine lovers. The event commences with a variety of winemaker dinners on opening night, and the proceeding day guests can partake in the RESERVE event where select wineries will provide tastings of wines from their Library, Reserve, White/Rose and Futures.  There is also a winemaker seminar and a grand tasting, where wineries are grouped by region to enhance attendees’ tasting experience. First Saturdays
