Domaine Cabirau 2013 Côtes Du Roussillon
Languedoc-Roussillon, France

Wine importer-turned-vintner Dan Kravitz now makes wine in the Roussillon region of southern France. His Domaine Cabirau, named after the vineyard's original designation, is a blend of 70 percent Grenache, 20 percent Syrah and 10 percent Carignan. An opulent red with medium body, this wine is full of black fruit flavor and hints of mountain herbs — delightful with hearty, red meats and chocolate desserts.
