About the restaurant: Chef José Andrés, GAYOT's 2017 Best Restaurateur, originally created The Bazaar in Beverly Hills, but has since expanded the concept to other cities, including at The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad.

Food & Drinks: Savor inventive Spanish tapas such as “Ferran Adrià” liquid olives, sea urchin cones and chicken croquetas. Among larger plates you might find grilled strip loin with maitake mushrooms.
