The team at Jean-Georges Beverly Hills is bringing you “Sip & Savor,” a monthly dinner series. Each month, a winery and purveyors are selected to create a 6-course seasonally driven wine paired menu.

The execution of the dishes are what Jean-Georges has accustomed us with his beautiful and delicate creations.

At the dinner I attended on November 4, 2022 (priced at $225), Napa Valley Groth Vineyards & Winery presented one label for each dish (follow the dishes with the photos below): Estate White 2021, Sauvignon Blanc 2021, Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, Chardonnay Hillview Vineyard 2020, Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 and Oakville Proprietary Red 2019.
