Yoshi Restaurant Review

: Chinese-born Bingheng Zhang presides over this small restaurant endowed with an open kitchen. If you like dishes executed with precision and mastery, you’ll be bewitched by the Japanese menu. For €29 at lunch, it features a vegetable salad, miso soup and a bento box filled with sushi, sashimi, tempura, marinated salmon and a pork fillet with rice. For dinner, Zhang cooks more sophisticated courses like the chawanmushi, pan-seared foie gras in egg cream. Finish off with macaroons from Rodolphe Landemaine or a couple of ice creams perfumed with green tea and saké.
