Dining in the Great Northwest doesn't get much grander, or more pastoral, than this. Dinner's single seating in the luxe re-created French farmhouse runs nine courses, and clocks in at five hours. This includes a tour of the herb gardens and wine cellar, perhaps with Champagne in hand, followed by a dramatic presentation of dishes. Executive chef Chris Weber masterfully helms the kitchen, creating the restaurant's famed seasonal Northwest-themed meals.
