Alice's Tea Cup Restaurant Review: Where would a tea drinker and a 10-year-old girl both feel at home? At this Upper West Side "tea room" and restaurant. The subterranean dining room at first looks like a bakery, but continue to the bright pink back room where sandwiches, salads and, of course, scones are served. A crêpe brunch is served on weekends.
