For Angelo Vivolo’s established East Sider is an extraordinary value after 9 p.m. Not that it’s expensive before then, but after 9, full three-course dinner with coffee is a mere $16.95. Food is honest, well made and pleasing; surroundings are clean and attractive and service is gracious. Mr. Vivolo is an engaging host, and first-time visitors usually become regulars.
