La Truffière Restaurant Review:

Under the seventeenth-century vaults, the tables are handsomely set with refined tablecloths and candles. It’s no surprise that the smell of truffle floats around since most dishes contain truffles. Hence the name of the restaurant: La Truffière, the truffle field. Try, for instance, the black truffle ravioli with beef marrow or the squab stuffed with duck foie gras and black truffle. There’s even truffle in the desserts, such as the Grand Marnier truffled soufflé. Be aware that truffles do not come cheap. Still, you can enjoy the romantic décor and the culinary savoir faire with the affordable lunch menu at €32, but you won’t get the truffles for that price; it’s an excellent value (duck rillettes, roasted sea bass, buckwheat risotto, pineapple sorbet). With its 3,300 bottles, the wine cellar is spectacular, and service impeccable.
