: B Side Pizza & Wine Bar uses a Pavesi oven for its wood-fired pizzas. There's a classic margherita ("The Marge"), but most of chef Jason Neroni's pies skew outside of the box with options like the "Killer Bee" (tomato, mozzarella, sopressata, garlic purée, chili oil, honey) and "Carbonara" (Fontina, mozzarella, pancetta, panna, Parmesan, black pepper, egg). Choose between budino or tiramisu for dessert. Several craft beers are available on draft, alongside Italian and California wines on tap. Sister restaurant B Squared NYC (679 Ninth Ave.) offers a similar menu plus house-made pastas.
