Before there were Häagen-Dazs and Ben & Jerry's, there was Baskin-Robbins. One of the oldest ice cream chains in the country, 31 Flavors is still going strong, serving quality ice cream in a multitude of---sometimes ingenious---flavors. They also have several low-and non-fat and sugar-free ice creams and yogurts, including soft-serve Truly Free (which isn't half-bad for yogurt with no fat and no sugar added.)
