| You come to this little spot for one thing and one thing only: the cheesesteak sandwich (it’s the only thing on the menu). Grown men stand in line for this little delicacy, lovingly perfected by owner Gary Thompson, who was the chef at the late Sonia Rose restaurant. It's hardly a surprise to find that there's no Cheez Whiz and mystery meat on this roll. Instead it’s rib-eye steak, ancho chilies and sage, among other highfalutin ingredients. Best of all, BB is open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m., so you can have a cheesesteak for breakfast, lunch or dinner. |
