Bedouin Tent Restaurant Review: With handmade carpets spread over a rock floor, piped-in Jordanian and Egyptian music and authentic Middle Eastern fare, Bedouin Tent pulls out all the stops to create a memorable dining experience. Take your pick from the large selection of platters, from meat to vegetarian, all served with the excellent pita bread, hummus, baba ghanouj and a garden salad. The lentil soup is a favorite here as are the Jordanian pitzas (baked pitas the size of pizzas topped with everything from shrimp and scallops to lamb sausage and chicken). Check your watch before downing a cup of the Turkish coffee---it may keep you up for hours. The rear garden is enclosed for year-round outdoor dining. |
