This Parisian bistro follows the tried-and-tested formula used by Willy Dorr in his other restaurants, which consists of a set menu including everything from an apéritif to coffee, as well as a half bottle of wine. Opt for the eggs brouillade, with a fricassée of chanterelle mushrooms, or the scallops in tartar sauce with a hint of lemon, then some golden bass and spinach or a piece of Charolais béarnaise (cheese from Burgundy in béarnaise sauce).
