| The Bistro Truck sets up shop in the Union Square area and dishes out Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine. Appetizers include filo dough "cigars" stuffed with lamb, chicken or vegetables. Sandwiches range from a bistro burger to the Tangier Bocadillos (mortadella, tuna, cheese, hard-boiled egg, mixed vegetables and non-fat cilantro mayo, served on a baguette), while entrées feature Dijon chicken with couscous, Marrakech lamb and vegetable tajine stew. To drink there’s Moroccan mint tea in addition to coffee, sodas and juice. |
