This funky spot serves up what may well be the best Texas- and North Carolina-style barbecue in New York. Brothers smokes its meats over hickory for ten to 18 hours, and the result is hog heaven. Try the pork ribs, the tender pulled pork or the Pig-Out, a mound of barbecued chicken, ribs, pork, beef and sausage. You'll find other Southern dishes on the menu, along with such specials as chicken-fried steak (stuffed with mozzarella, spinach and ham).
