These 20-ounce burritos, loaded with brown rice, black beans, spices, jack cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream, may not be as sleek as some other cuisines around stylish Chelsea, but they certainly are tasty and best of all---cheap. Quesadillas and enchiladas are other options on the menu. There are several of these spots throughout the city.
