The menu is a classic tour of Tintin’s homeland, and features a variety of Belgian seafood and meat dishes. Don’t miss the carbonnade flamade, a beef stew cooked with beer and raisins, the salade Liegeoise (served with a poached egg and lardons) or two pounds of steamed mussels served with Belgian-style fries and, of course, mayonnaise.
